The workingcontract regulates the employment relationships, its clauses are clear, sethere is order in the working relationship between employee and employer basedon the CLT and Complementary Legislation. There are many kinds of employees,among which stand out knowledge workers, who are those who for their workactivity is required some technical knowledge. The legislation is still very prematurein relation to intellectual and economic gain percentage of the employer on thework of authorship, so it has to be based on the doctrine and especially in the Copyright Act Law, inventions can be both scientific and artistic, literary ortechnology. Certain jobs aims to create projects, in view of the employerinformation about this activity are known as "company secret", andbreach of confidentiality by the employee may lead to consequences in thesphere of civil, criminal, and labor.
