In the current business context, management has undergone a remarkable transformation. Emerging trends require immediate changes to avoid stagnation and failure. The organizational climate directly affects employee motivation and performance, influencing the overall productivity of companies. Quality of Work Life (QWL) has become crucial for organizational success, recognized by both the workplace and the consumer market. Investing in QWL not only improves well-being at work but also optimizes organizational performance and strengthens competitiveness in the market. In this sense, this study carried out a literature review, analyzing thirty-four articles published between 2019 and 2023 that deal with QWL as an organizational management tool. The results indicate that QWL can boost the organizational climate and employee motivation. Consequently, this study reiterates the continued validity of QWL to ensure the success of organizations in contemporary times or during crises – such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
